CASE ~2: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO MAINTAIN A HORSE HOBBY FARM; <br />CASE OF RHONDA WILLIAMS AND PHILIP SWIGGUM <br /> By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ms. Rhonda Williams and Mr. Philip Swiggum are requesting a conditional use <br />permit to maintain a horse hobby farm on their property at 17450 Baugh <br />Street N.W. The subject property consists of two contiguous parcels <br />totalling approximately 6 acres. City Code states that a minimum of 3 <br />acres is required per horse. Ms. Williams is requesting the conditional <br />use permit in order to be able to maintain up to 6 horses at any one time <br />on her property.
