NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RA~EY <br /> A~0KA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission <br />will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 6, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider Rhonda Williams and Philip <br />Swiggum's request for a conditional use permit to maintain a horse hobby <br />farm for the stabling of no more than 6 horses on their property at 17450 <br />Baugh Street N.W. This property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> The east 439 feet of the north 200 feet of the s~uth 1233 feet <br /> of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 6, <br /> Township 32, Range 25 in Anoka County, Minnesota, said distances <br /> being measured parallel with the east and south lines of the <br /> southwest quarter of said Section 6 (subject to an easement for <br /> road purposes over the east 33 feet thereof). <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />The north 200 fee= of the south 1233 feet of the west 439 feet of <br />the east 878 feet of the southeast quarter of the southwest <br />quarter of Section 6, Township 32, Range 25, in Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, as measured along the south and east lines of said <br />southeast quarter of the southwest quarter. <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment <br />the conditional use permit request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey <br />Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
