Reouest For A Cond{tionel Us, Permlt To O~,rate A Smsll ~nF~ne And Auto ReDa{r Bu~{nes~ In The R-IR QiHtr{ctr Ca~e Of Mik, Mr. Otto stated that Mr. Hsson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a small engine and auto repair business at the home of Mr. Ron Fischl at 15850 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. Mr. Otto stated that the City has received a letter from Wade and Laurie Geving stating no objection to the operation of a repair business at 15850 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. Mr. Eason was present and stated that he planned to operate the repair business in partnership with Mr. Steve Bjerke. Mr. Eason stated that there is no exterior stora§e or weldinE associated with the-business. Mr. Eason indicated that the nearest residence is approximately 400 feet from the Fischl property. The accessory structure in which the business activity would take place is 3&' x 56' in size; hours of operation would be 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. Chairman Zimmerman requested that City Staff dtermine if similar permit ted conditional use permits have been issued in the City and make the appropriate changes to proposed Finding of Fact ~9. Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Heudriksen directing that Item #12 of the proposed findings of fact be amended to indicate that the proposed use will not be in conflict with the specific objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. Motion carried. LaDue and Terry. and Howell. Voting Yes: Voting No: Chairman Zimmerman, Co~issiouers Hendriksen, None. Absent: Commissioners Holm, Shumway Motion by Commissioner Hendriksen and seconded by Chairman Zimmerman directing that Item #18 be added to the proposed findings of fact indicating that the Applicant has stated that there will be no welding in relation to the proposed use. Absent: Commissioners Holm, Shumway Motion by'Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Terry to reco~end adoption of findings of fact, as amended, relating to Mr. Mike Eason's request for a conditional use permit.
