Mr. Otto stated that the City has <br />received a letter from Wade and Laurie Geving stating no objection to the <br />operation of a repair business at 15850 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br /> <br />Mr. Eason was present and stated that he planned to operate the repair <br />business in partnership with Mr. Steve Bjerke. Mr. Eason stated that there <br />is no exterior stora§e or weldinE associated with the-business. Mr. Eason <br />indicated that the nearest residence is approximately 400 feet from the <br />Fischl property. The accessory structure in which the business activity <br />would take place is 3&' x 56' in size; hours of operation would be 9:00 <br />a.m. to 6:00 p.m weekdays and 9:00 a.m. to noon on Saturdays. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman requested that City Staff dtermine if similar permit ted <br />conditional use permits have been issued in the City and make the <br />appropriate changes to proposed Finding of Fact ~9. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Heudriksen <br />directing that Item #12 of the proposed findings of fact be amended to <br />indicate that the proposed use will not be in conflict with the specific <br />objectives of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br />LaDue and Terry. <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />Voting Yes: <br />Voting No: <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman, Co~issiouers Hendriksen, <br />None.
