Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case ~3: Recuest To Move In A House And Gars,e: Case Of Mr. LesI~e <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that Mr. Humbert is requesting to move in a house and <br />garage to Lot 7, Block 5, Pineview Estates. Building Official Erickson has <br />inspected the home and garage and does not have any concerns regarding the <br />request other than those which are addressed in the ~roposed development <br />agreement. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend approval of Mr. Leslie Humbert's request to move in a house and <br />detached garage to Pineview Estates. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />Howell, LaDue, Holm, Shumway and Terry. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Howell and seconded by Commissioner Shumway to <br />recommend that the City enter into a development agreement, amended as <br />follows, with Mr. Leslie Humbert for the moving in of a house and garage to <br />Pineview Estates. <br /> <br />Item #4 shall indicate that the project will be nempleted by July 15, <br />1989. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The Commission recessed at 8:50 p.m. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the meeting back to order at 9:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Case ~A: Reouest For Mfnor Subd{v{~ion: Case Of Mr. R{chzrd Borchert: <br /> <br />Mr. Otto stated that Mr. Borchert is requesting a minor subdivision to <br />change Outlots C and D in Rodeo £ills to platted buildable lots. <br />Percolation tests performed indicate that both lots will have to be <br />developed with mound septic systems, which requires a variance. The lets <br />are also approximately .85 acres in sire and would require a variance from <br />the current 2.5 acre minimum lot size requirement. Mr. Otto stated that <br />the City Engineer is of the opinion that Outlots C and D are equal, if not <br />more, suitable for development than existing lots in Rodeo Hills. <br /> <br />Commission consensus was favorable towards granting a variance to lot size <br /> Planning and Zoning C~mmission/~ovembe: 1, 1988 <br /> <br />Page 5 of 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
