Berg in the amount of $500.00. <br /> Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br /> <br /> Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br /> <br />Mr. Merland Otto stated that United Power Association is requesting a <br />conditional use permit to construct an electrical substation on a 1.6 acre <br />parcel located ~orth of City Hall and fronting on 153rd Avenue Northwest. <br />The Planning and Zoning C'ommission has conducted a public hearing and has <br />recommended adoption of the findings of fact and approval of the request <br />for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Coun¢ilmember Bawden and seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0223 relating to United Power Association's request <br />to construct an electrical substation. <br /> Further discussion. Councilmember DeLuca imquired as to the noise level of <br /> this substation. Mr. Otto replied that some of members of the Planning and <br /> Zoning Commission visited a similar substation and could not detect any <br /> noise level unless' they were standing on the fence line of the substation. <br /> Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg, <br /> DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden.
