Mr. Art Raudio recalled that on August 23, 1988, Council granted preliminary plat approval to HY-10 4th Addition with Ferret Street being extended to the Northern boundary of the property. At that time, staff also indicated that requests to access future subdivision of the property from County Road 83 would be recommended for denial. Mr. Raudio noted that one year ago, the development of the property and access was discussed. It was decided that Ferret Street should cul-de-sac, an additional 120 feet cf right-of-way be dedicated for the future extension of County Road 116, and the County was agreeable to one more access from ~83. Mr. Raudio noted that on August 23, 1988, he also requested that the balance of the property be designated as Outlet to clearly indicate that it is intended for future subdivision and development. Mr. Raudio then presented a copy of a letter from Adolfson Peteraon requesting that Ferret Street not be extended through to the Northern boundary. Mr. Raudio requested Council reconsideration of actions and comments on August 53, 1988, as they significantly impact the flexibility to develop the balance of the property in the RY-10 Addition. Mr. Raatikka noted that the County approval of one more access from County Road 83 was given to RY-10 3rd Addition; the extension of Ferret Street in HY-10 4th Addition changes the situation. City Attorney Goodrich suggested that these issues be worked out during Mr. Raudio'a request for final plat approval of RY-10 4th Addition. MAYOR AND COUNCIL INPUT ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Bawden and seconded by Coun¢ilmember Pearson to adjourn the regular City Council meeting. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Couneilmembers Sorteberg, DeLuca, Pearson and Bawden. Voting No: None.
