CASE ~3 = <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR YARIA~CE FROH SECTION 170.076 OF THE RAMSEY CITY CODE <br />TO ENCROACH ON THE RUH RIVER SETBACK; CASE OF MR. GARY MUNKROLM <br />By: Planning Assistant Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Gary Munkholm is requesting a variance in order to construct a home on <br />Lot 6, Block 1, Reilley Estates. This property is located in the Scenic <br />River Overlay District. <br /> <br />Mr. Munkholm is requesting a variance to locate a home approximately 105 <br />feet from the Rum River in order to maintain the required front yard <br />setback. Section 170.076 of the City Code requires structures to be <br />located no closer than 150 feet to the Rum River.
