Voting Yes: Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Terry and Hendriksen. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Holm, <br />LaDue and R~well. <br /> <br />Status Of Varlsnce For S~n At 6106 Hwy. ~I0 N.W.: Case <br /> Mr. Tim Doyle: <br /> <br />The Board noted that a formal complaint has been filed with the Anoka <br />County Clerk of Courts against Mr. Tim Doyle for failure to comply with the <br />conditions of his variance for a sign. <br /> <br />Request For A Var{anco To Construct An A~eessorv Struetu~, <br /> Which Will Be Located Nearer The Front Lot Line Than <br /> Prime{hal Structure: Case Of Mr. Lvle Knosa]la: <br /> <br />The Board proceeded to review photos of property and a scaled site plan <br />provided by Mr. Knosalla. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Terry and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />adopt Findings of Fact 0216 relating to Mr. Knosalla's request for a <br />variance with the following addition: (Refer to findings of fact file for <br />Findings of Pact 0216). <br /> <br />15. That John Stine, DNR, has reviewed the request and has stated no <br /> objections to the granting of the variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. V6ting Yes: <br />Terry, Hendriksen and Holm. <br />LaDue and Howell. <br /> <br />Chairman Shumway, Commissioners Zimmerman, <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holm and seconded by Commissioner Terry to approve <br />Mr. Knosalla's request for a variance and that Item #i of the variance <br />indicate that the accessory structure shall be located no closer to the <br />front property line than 65 feet. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
