NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO ~HOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 22, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by James Sorteberg for a variance to Ramsey City Code Chapter 170 to encroach on the Trott Brook setback on the property legally described as follows: Ail that part of Lot 14, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, according to the map or plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, Minnesota, described as: Commencing at the southwest corner of the south half of the southeast quarter of Section 2, Township 32, Range 25, said Auoka County; thence east, assumed bearing, along the south line of said soth half of the southeast quarter a distance of 272.50 feet to the centerline of State Highway No. 47 as now laid out and constructed; thence north 6 degrees 38 minutes 45 seconds east along said centerline for a distance of 612.79 feet; thence deflect to the left in a northwesterly direction along said centerline, being a tangential curve, radius 238.73 feet, central angle 53 degrees 45 minutes for a distance of 223.96 feet; thence north 47 degrees 06 minutes 15 seconds west along said centerline for a distance of 111.23 feet to the actual point of beginning of the property to be hereby described; thence east parallel with said south line of the south half of the southeast quarter for a distance of 949.21 feet; thence northeasterly to a point on the north line of said Lot 14, Auditor's Subdivision No. 27, also being the north line of said south half of the southeast quarter of Section 2, a distance of 1234.35 feet east of the northwest corner of said south half of the southeast quarter; thence west along said north line of the south half of the southeast quarter to said centerline of State Highway No. 47; thence southerly and southeasterly along said centerline to the point of beginning. Containing I1.00 acres, more or less. Subject to that part thereof taken for State Highway No. 47. Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and comment on the request. Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the Ramsey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, 55303.
