VIRClNIt BUTTERFIELD <br />16120 HOWTHER BLVDo <br /> <br />On October 27, 1988, the Ramsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Ramsey City Code Sections l?0.01~P, 170.016A and 170.015C to Es. Virginia <br />Butterfleld allowing her to construct an accessory structure which will <br />encroach on the required setback fro~ Nowthen Bird. N.W. and be nearer the <br />front property line than the prlnclpal structure on the property le§ally <br />described aa follows: <br /> The east 128.0 feet as measured along the north and south lines of the <br /> north 394°7 feet as measured on the east and west lines of the <br /> northwest quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 1~, Township 32, <br /> Range 25, Anoka County, Ninnesota. <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to the authorization of Section 170.013 <br />of the P~msey City Code. The variance is perpetual in it's duration so <br />long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of <br />this variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The accessory structure shall not encroach on the required setback for <br /> Now~hen Blvd. by more than 4 feet. <br /> <br />2. The accessory structure shall not encroach on the front yard by more <br /> than 46 feet. <br /> <br />3.
