PROPOSED VARIANCE <br /> M~. STEVE COHPTON <br />7250 166TR AVENUE <br /> RAMSEY, HINNESOTA <br /> <br />On October 27, 1988, the Ramsay Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.015G of the Ramsay City Code to gr. Steve Compton for the <br />property at 7250 166th Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That parc of the west 225 feet of the east 675 feet (as measured along <br />the north line) of the southeast quarter of the southeast quarter of <br />Section 9, Township 32, Range 25, lying north of a line bearing south <br />89 degrees 14 minutes 32 seconds west from a point in the east llne of <br />said southeast quarter of southeast quarter distant 523.3 feet north <br />of the southeast corner thereof the south llne of said southeast <br />quarter of southeast quarter is assumed to bear due east and west <br />(subject to road easement over the south 33 feet thereof) (subject to <br />easement of record). <br /> <br />This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Eamsey City <br />Code. This variance is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br />conditions imposed'herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />variance are as folly's: <br /> <br />1. The garage shall not encroach on the front yard by more than 42 feet. <br /> <br />2. The garage shall only be used to store personal vehicles and equipment. <br /> <br />3.
