The <br />garage was located nearer the front lot line than her home and encroached <br />the required setback for Nowthen Blvd. by 4 feet. Ramsey City Code Section <br />170.O15H requires that all nonconforming uses that are more than 50% <br />destroyed conform to the current City Code.
