I,~CR <br />HOLIDAY STATIONSTORE$, INC. <br />7167 HIGHWAY ~10 N.W. <br />RAMSEY, MN 55303 <br /> <br />On October 27, 1988, the Pmmsey Board of Adjustment issued a variance from <br />Section 170.05 cf the Ramsey City Code to Holiday Stationstores, Inc. for <br />the property at 7167 ~wy. ~10 N.W., which property is legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> All that part of the west 31 rods of the southwest quarter of the <br /> southwest quarter of Section 27-32-25 Anoka County, Minnesota, <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the west <br /> line thereof and the southerly right-of-way line of the Great Northern <br /> Railway, then south along said west line thereof to it's intersection <br /> with the northerly route of U.S. Hwy. #i0 a distance of 299.65 feet, <br /> then north in a straight line to a point on the southerly right-of-way <br /> line of said Great Northern Railway a distance of 297.57 feet <br /> southeasterly from the west line of said southwest quarter of <br /> southwest quarter as measured along said southerly right-of-way line, <br /> then northwesterly along said southerly right-of-way line a distance <br /> of 297.57 feet to the point of beginning - subject to an easement for <br /> road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof, also that part of the <br /> west 31 rods of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of <br /> Section 27-32-25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: <br /> commencing at a point on the west line thereof a distance of 335.53 <br /> feet south from the northwest corner thereof as measured along said <br /> west line, then south along said west line a distance of 335.51 feet <br /> more or less to its intersection with the northerly right-of-way line <br /> of Northern Pacific Railway, then southeasterly along said northerly <br /> right-of-way line to its intersection with the east line of said west <br /> 31 rods, then north along said east line thereof a distance of 448.92 <br /> feet more or less to a point on said east line thereof a distance of <br /> 448.92 feet south from the northeast corner of said west 31 rods as <br /> measured along said east line thereof, then northwesterly in a <br /> straight line to the point of beginning, subject to au easement for <br /> road purposes over the west 33 feet thereof - EX ~6310. <br /> <br /> This variance was issued pursuant to Section 170.013 of the Ramsey City <br /> Code. This variance is perpetual in it's duration so long as the <br /> conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br /> variance are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The business identification sign shall not exceed 135 square feet in <br /> size. <br /> <br />2. The business identification sign shall be constructed <br /> plastic materials. <br /> <br />3.
