NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY 0P RAMSEY <br /> AI~OKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCER/~: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Thursday, September 8, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Jon Albinson to rezone from I-1 Industrial to B-1 Business the <br />property generally known as 14550 Armstrong Boulevard N.W. which <br />property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> Parcel A: The east 195.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, HY-10 <br /> RAMSEY, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br /> County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Parcel B: That part of Lot 3, Block 1, HY-10 <br />according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka <br />Minnesota, lying west of the east 195.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />RAMSEY, <br />County, <br /> <br /> Ail interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the rezoning request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
