Maps 1 through 3 meet <br />the minimum requirements for information. However, additional <br />information is required by the permit ordinance as follows: <br /> <br />soil and erosion control plan. <br />Plan for dust and noise control. <br />Operations plan including: <br /> <br />-duration of the grading/mining <br />-quantity of materials <br />-schedule for revegetation/restoration <br /> <br /> Well location size and depth (if none, so state). <br /> <br />This information may be organized in the form of a letter or a <br />specification. <br /> <br />Based on the information submitted, we have the following comments: <br />Mining operations will be limited to Lots 6-10 of Block One. <br />Topsoil excavation will be limited to two low lying areas presum- <br />ably peat (soils report of Geotech) noted on Sheet 2 of 4. <br />Existing grades are approximately 2'-5' above groundwater elevation <br />of 862.8'. This was an unusually dry year so the water table can <br />be expected, under normal conditions, to rise above this. The <br /> <br />2.22 Monroe Street <br />Anoka.
