A~ requested by the Commission, enclosed for your information is a copy <br /> of Mr. Roger Hurd's site plan for his vehicle sales lot at Eamsey Blvd. <br /> and Hwy. ~10. As you may recall, the City Council approved this <br /> request on July 26, 1988. <br /> <br />2. At its meeting on August 15, 1988, the City Council took the following <br /> action: <br /> <br />a) Denied Mr. Dennis Holmquist's request to subdivide his property and <br /> rezone the northern portion of the property at 6326 Hwy. ~10 N.W. <br /> <br />b) Adopted an ordinance amending the development standards along the <br /> critical river where municipal services are available. <br /> <br />At its meeting on August 23, 1988, the City Council took the following <br />action: <br /> <br />a) Appointed Dave Bawden to fill the City Council vacancy to a term to <br /> expire December 31, 1988. <br /> <br />b) Approved Clayton Berg's request for site plan review of the <br /> proposed expansion to Tender Touch Car Wash. <br /> <br />c) <br /> <br />Approved Mr. Raudio's preliminary plat of HY-10 4th Addition with <br />the recommendations from the Planning Commission regarding the <br />extension of Ferret Street to the northern boundary and no access <br />onto Armstrong Blvd. <br /> <br />d) <br /> <br />Approved Mr. Gerald Bauer's preliminary plat of Green Valley <br />Estates 2nd Addition contingent upon the County approving Lot 9 <br />accessing onto Cry. Rd. No. 63. <br /> <br />e) <br /> <br />Directed staff to prepare the necessary documentation to support an <br />application to Metro Council to expand the City's urban area. In <br />addition, the Council requested the scheduling of a joint workshop <br />between City Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission to <br />review such documentation. <br /> <br /> <br />
