PLANNING AKD ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAM~SEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted s public hearing on <br />Tuesday, August 2, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Art Raudio's request for preliminary <br />plat approval. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />~ALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 8:49 p.m. <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Ms. Norris stated that the preliminary plat is not available at this time <br />and suggested that the public hearing be continued. <br /> <br />CITIZE~ INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />AQJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Consensus was to continue the public hearing until the next meeting of the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission. <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing/August 2, 1988 <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
