Countrvslde Estates: <br />Motion by Mayor Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to authorize <br />the City Attorney to continue to negotiate for the acquisition of alternate <br />property in Countryside Estates to compensate for lost park land and to <br />research whether the City can pursue reimbursement frc~ the title insurance <br />company for damages due to the loss of the park. <br /> Motion carried.
