PROCEEDINGS OF CITY COUNCIL <br />ASSESSMENT HEARING <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted an assessment hearing on Tuesday, August <br />23, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen blvd. N.W., Ramsey, <br />Minnesota regarding Improvement Project ~87-24, Oakridge Industrial Park. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Mayor Gary Reimann <br />Councilmember Steve DeLuca <br />Councilmember A1 Pearson <br />Councilmember A1 Sorteberg <br /> <br />City Administrator David Hartley <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />City Engineer Peter Raatikka <br />Community Development Direct or Anne Norris <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Reimann called the assessment hearing to order at 7:50 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Raatikka stated that the total project cost is $28,279.67; there are 4 <br />units to be assessed; the per unit cost is $7,069.92; the project is <br />amortized over s 10 year period at 8.56% interest. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />There was no citizen input. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember DeLuca and seconded by Councilmember Pearson to <br />adjourn the public hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers DeLuca, Pearson <br />and Sorteberg.
