CASE ~3: <br /> <br />REQUEST FOR PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL OF WINDEEERE WOODS; <br />CASE OF MR. DICK CARSON <br /> By: Community Development Director Anne Norris <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Dick Carson is requesting preliminary plat approval of his proposed <br />plat of Windemere Woods. The plat is proposed to be located west of the <br />existing Ramsey Terrace subdivision and north of Magnesium Street pond. <br />Access to the plat is proposed fr~n Magnesium Street N.W. and Mr. Carson is <br />proposing to construct 142nd Avenue, 141st Lane and Neon Street N. W. to <br />provide internal access to the plat. The plat consists of 53 lots for <br />single family residential development. The plat is proposed to be served <br />with sanitary sewer and municipal water.
