Motion by Councilmember Sorteberg and seconded by Councilmember DeLuca to approve the following items contained in the Consent Agenda: 1) Approve the following City Council meeting minutes: a) Public hearing meeting minutes dated July 12, 1988 regarding the extension of utilities to Carson and AAnderson projects. b) Regular meeting minutes dated July 12, 1988. c) Public hearing meeting minutes dated July 14, 1988 regarding Atlas Incinerators, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit to construct a contract burn facility. d) Special meeting minutes dated July 19, 1988. e) Public hearing meeting minutes dated July 26, 1988 regarding consideration of a modified Development Program for Development District ~o. 1 and modified Tax Increment Financing Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 2. f) Regular meeting minutes dated July 26, 1988. g) Special meeting minutes dated July 27, 1988 with the following correction: Page 2 - 1st paragraph - Correct to indicate that the meeting took place at Ramsey Elementary School. 2) Note the following Commission, Board and Committee meeting minutes: a) Planning and Zoning Commission special meeting minutes dated July 13, 1988. b) Planning and Zoning Commission public hearing meeting minutes dated August 2, 1988 regarding: 1) Waste Management of Minnesota, Inc.'s request for a conditional use permit; 2) Mr. Art Raudlo's request for preliminary plat approval; 3) United Power Association's request for a conditional use permit to construct an electrical substation; 4) Mr. David Sahulte's request for a conditional use permit to grade and remove excess materials from property. c) Planning and Zoning Commission regular meeting minutes dated August 2, 1988. d) Board of A~justment special meeting minutes dated July 13, 1988. e) Board of Adjustment public hearing meeting minutes da ted July 25, 1988 regarding: I) Mr. Lyle Knosalla's request for a variance to locate an accessory structure nearer the front lot line than the principal structure; 2) Mr. Glen Hampton's request for a variance to construct an accessory structure which will be constructed on a parcel prior to construction of the principal structure and a variance to the height requirements for accessory structures; 3) Duane and Linda Kennen's request for a variance to locate a swimming pool which will encroach on the required setback from the Rum River. f) Board of Adjustment regular meeting minutes dated July 25, 1988. g) Airport Commission regular meeting minutes dated July 21, 1988. h) Airport Commission regular meeting minutes dated August 10, 1988.
