NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARIN¢ <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission of the City of Ramsey will hold a public hearing on <br />Thursday, September 8, 1988, at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal <br />Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. <br />Dick Carson of Chateau Construction for preliminary plat approval <br />of Windemere Woods on the property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section <br />26, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except <br />the South 200 feet of the East 200 feet and the South 250 <br />feet of the West 250 feet thereof. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the preliminary plat request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota 55303.
