RONALD HANSON <br /> By: Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Mr. Ronald Hanson is requesting a conditional use permit to operate a <br />firewood sales business on his property at 14820 St. Francis Blvd. N.W. <br />This property is located in a R-1R Rural Residential District; firewood <br />sales is not a permitted use in this district. <br /> <br />Section 170.017D of the Ramsey City Code permits the storage of one 1-ton <br />vehicle hearing a commercial license and prohibits the storage of any <br />commercial vehicle exceeding one ton in the Residential district. Mr. <br />Hansou's firewood sales business involves the use of a 1-ton pickup.
