Minnesota Valley Surveyors, Inc. carried out the topographic <br />survey, prepared the present-conditions map of the site (fig. 2) <br />and made a preliminary computation of natural-materials volumes; <br /> <br />Dewayne C. Olson/Ulteig Consulting Engineers designed and prepared <br />plans for the waste-storage cells and drainage of the proposed <br />facility (figs. 3-6); and <br /> <br />J. E. Kiehne, Kiehne Graphics, modified figures 1, 7 & 9, drafted <br />figure 8 and supervised the preparation and printing of the <br />report. <br /> <br /> Zoning Information <br /> <br /> The Bladholm property is within a I-1 Industrial District within the <br />City of Ramsey (fig. 7). <br /> <br /> Site Plans and Supporting Information <br /> <br /> The site plans and supporting information required by the City of <br />Ramsey, and designated as Maps 1-4, are presented as figures 2 through 6 <br />pockets) and the information thereon discussed in the following sections. <br /> <br />Map I <br /> <br />(in <br /> <br /> Figure 2, the base map for figures 3, 4, 5' and 6, depicts the current <br />physical conditions at the land surface within, and near, the proposed <br />13.3-acre Bladholm Industrial-Waste Landfill (Site).
