construction and fill material within the remainder of the Bladholm property
(fig. 1).

Map 3a

Figure 5 (map 3a) is a final-grading (2011) plan with the topography
depicted by a 1-ft contour inter~al. Maximum slope of final grades would be
4% (about 2"), but most slopes are designed to be 2% or less so that the
area can be utilized for concrete-product storage.

As shown on figure 5 (and other Site plans) a "screen" of 2.5 in trunk
diameter, 2.0 ft high "Black Hills" spruce will be planted along the
southern boundary of the property early in the development of the proposed
Site.

Map 3b

Figure 6 (map 3b) depicts the projected interim and end-use plan
proposed by Bladholm (4) of the proposed Site for the years 1988 to 2011.

The restored land surface would be used almost exclusively as a storage
area for Bladholm products. The proposed access roadways for transporting
the concrete products would likely be paved with crushed rock. The
remainder of the land surface would be of discontinuously vegetated sandy

soils.

Map 4

On figure 9 (map 4) are depicted the roadways that can be used to
access the proposed Site. Vehicular access to the Site is via improved

R.K. Hoagberg Associates. Inc.
Consulting Geologists

8803 17
