<br />of Minnesota, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "WFIMI"

<br />(a)
<br />
<br />Using land currently zoned for industrial use for Vertical
<br />Expansion of the existing landfill with at least 635 acre-feet of
<br />additional landfill capacity;
<br />
<br />(b)
<br />
<br />Using land currently zoned as industrial and residential for
<br />construction of a tow rope, warming house and adjacent parking
<br />facilities and perimeter fence and operation of a ski hill and
<br />sledding recreational facility in connection with the above
<br />described improvements;
<br />
<br />(c) Rough grading of a road right-of-way; and
<br />
<br />(d)
<br />
<br />Excavation, grading and transportation of soil materials for use
<br />as landfill cover material.

<br />Said activities shall be conducted on the property legally described as
