PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Thursday, September 8, 1988 at the Ramaey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. Jori Albinaon's request to <br />rezone property from I-1 Induatrial to B-1 Business. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: Merland Otto/Hakanson-Anderson Associates <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:40 p.m. <br /> <br />PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Jori Albinaon - 1244 Canterbury Road, Shakopee - Stated he ia present <br />representing J. Brooks Hauser and is requesting that the property at 14550 <br />Armstrong Blvd. be rezoned from I-1 Industrial to B-1 Business so that the <br />present uses on the property will be permitted uses.
