RAMSEY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br /> CITY 0F RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing on <br />Thursday, September 8, 1988 at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen <br />Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota regarding Mr. John Noard's request for a <br />conditional use permit to have an advertising sign. <br /> <br />Members Present: Mr. Gerald Zimmerman, Chairman <br /> Mr. Michael Terry <br /> <br />Also Present: Mr. Merland Otto <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Mr. Charles LaDue <br />Mr. Terry Hendriksen <br />Mr. Jim Holm <br />Mr. Jim Howell <br />Mr. Roy Shumway <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman called the public hearing to order at 7:42 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. John Noard was present and stated that he is requesting a permit to <br />have a sign advertising his business and the brands of recreational <br />equipment he carries. <br /> <br />Chairman Zimmerman noted receiving a letter from Bill Dubat$ of Anoka Self <br />Storage which stated no objection to Mr. Noard's request. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The consensus was to adjourn the public hearing at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />Respectfully submitted, <br /> <br />Sylvia Frolik <br />Secretary <br /> <br />Planning & Zoning Commission Public Hearing/September 8, 1988 <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
