Absent: Commissioners Shumway <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />Case ~2: Reeue~t For A Cond:tional Use PErmit To Have ;~n Advertisin~ <br /> Sign: Case Of Mr. John Noard: <br /> <br />Mr. Noard was present requesting a conditional use permit to have an <br />advertising sign at his new business location. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed findings of fact. <br /> <br />The Commission amended Item #6 to indicate that the applicant is requesting <br />to construct a 300 square foot advertising sign. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Holm to recommend <br />that City Council adopt the proposed findings of fact, as amended, relating <br />to Mr. Noard's request for a conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Further Discussion: Commissioner Terry noted that Items 12 and 13 in the <br />findings should refer to a conditional use permit and not a variance. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairman Zimmerman, Commissioners Hendriksen, <br />LaDue, Holm and Terry. Voting No: None. Absent: Commissioners Shumway <br />and Howell. <br /> <br />The Commission proceeded to review the proposed conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue and seconded by Commissioner Hendriksen to <br />recommend that City Council approve Mr. John Noard's request for a <br />conditional use permit to construct an advertising sign with Item ~1 of the <br />permit amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />1.
