Inc.: <br /> <br />Dennis Peck was present representing North Fork, Inc. to review the <br />proposed concept for development of the remainder of Northfork P.U.D. Mr. <br />Peck updated the Commission as to the development of Northfork P.U.D. thus <br />far, including construction of roads and Hwy. ~10 access with railroad <br />crossing and park dedication. Mr. Peck reviewed the concept for the <br />remainder of the development including lots and a golf course.
