N.W. <br /> RAMS£Y, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> · 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. Mike <br />Ou _ <br />Eason to operate a small engine and auto repair shop on property owned by <br />Mr. Rcnald Fischl, located at 15850 St. Francis Blvd. N.W., which property <br />is legally described as follows: <br /> The south 450 feet of the north 516 feet of the southeast one quarter <br /> of the southeast one quarter of Section 14, Township 32, Range 25, <br /> lying west of the centerline of State Trunk Highway 47. <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br />Code. This conditions of this permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The duration of the permit shall coincide with the operator of the <br /> business being Mr. Mike Eason. <br /> <br />2. That there shall be no exterior storage of parts, equipment, materials <br /> or items awaiting repairs. <br /> <br />3. That employees of the business shall be limited to Mr. Mike Eason. <br /> <br /> 4. That the accessory structure in which the repair business will take <br /> place shall meet state and local building code requirements for repair <br /> shops. <br /> <br /> <br />
