LAZARUS GILLES <br />8201 163RD AVENUE N.W. <br /> <br />On , 1988, a conditional use permit was issued to Mr. <br />Lazarus Gilles to maintain a second dwelling on the property located at <br />8201 163rd Avenue N.W., which property is legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 9, Block 4, Oakridge Estates, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />This permit was issued pursuant to Section l?0.013D of the Ramsey City <br />Code· This conditional use permit is perpetual in it's duration so long as <br />the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The conditions of this <br />permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1. The secondary dwelling on the property shall be limited in size to <br /> one-story measuring 24' x 36'· <br /> <br />2. No expansion of the secondary dwelling will be permitted. <br /> <br />3. Occupants of the secondary dwelling shall be limited in number to <br /> <br />4. Occupancy of the secondary dwelling unit will be subject to issuance <br /> of a certificate of occupancy by the Building Official· <br /> <br />5. There shall be sufficient off-street parking to accommodate all <br /> vehicles owned and operated by residents at 16208 Coquina Street. <br /> <br /> 6. The issuance of this conditional use permit is contingent upon the <br /> applicant providing proof of ownership cf land. <br /> <br /> <br />
