NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 4, 1988 at 7:30 p.m. at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota. The purpose of the hearing is to consider a request by Mr. Gerald Root for a conditional use permit to operate an auto and lawnmower repair business at his home at 16208 Coquina Street N.W.
