Said easement also includes that part of the first <br /> described tract lying within the circumference of a circle have a <br /> radius of 60 feet center of said circle being the point of term of the <br /> centerline of said easement. (Except that part taken for highway by <br /> ~oka County on 7/4/73). <br /> <br /> This permit was issued pursuant to Section 170.013D of the Ramsey City <br /> Code.
