1. All auto and lawnmower repair activity shall be within the garage <br /> located on the property. <br /> <br />2. There shall be no exterior storage of parts, equipment or items <br /> awaiting repairs. <br /> <br />3. No advertising s~gn shall be permitted on the subject property. <br /> <br />4. The structure in which the business activity is occurring shall meet <br /> state and local building codes for a repair shop. <br /> <br />5. That the holder of th~s permit shall also make proper application to <br /> the City for a Motor Vehicle Sales and Repair License. <br /> <br />6.
