That the proposed use will/will not be harmonious with and in accordance with the specific objectives of the Cc~prehensive Plan. That the proposed firewood sales business will be designed, constructed and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the R-1R Residential District. That the proposed firewood sales business will not change the essential character of the R-iR Residential District. That the proposed firewood sales business will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring properties. That the proposed firewood sales business will be adequately served by essential public facilities and services. That the proposed firewood sales business will not involve uses. activities, processes, materials and equipment and conditions of operation that will be detrimental to any persons, property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of traffic, noise, smoke, fumes, glare or odors. That the Applicant has stated that the firewood sales business involves one 1-ton pickup. That the Applicant is requesting to also store a 2-1/2 ton dump truck on the subject property. That the Applicant has stated that all of the firewood sales business will be on a call and delivery basis; there will be no drop-in business. That the Applicant has stated that the dump truck will be stored in a 30' x 40' accessory structure located on the subject property.
