REQUEST FOR SITE PLAN REVIEW; CASE OF HOLIDAY STATIONSTORES, INC. <br /> By: A~ting Zoning Administrator Merland Otto <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Holiday Stationstores, Inc. is requesting site plan review of their <br />proposed facility at the intersection of Hwy. ~10 and Cry. Rd. ~56. The <br />lot is approximately 1.8 acres in size and zoned B-1 Business. The Holiday <br />Stationstore will be approximately 4,000 square feet in size. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br /> a) Application <br />b) Site location map <br />c) Site plan (will be available at the meeting) <br /> d) Letter from Anoka County dated September 26, 1988 <br /> e) City Engineer's report dated September 30, 1988 <br /> f) Proposed development agreement <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />Mr. Merland Otto of Hakanson Anderson has reviewed the site plan and is <br />recommending that the Commission table action on the request for site plan <br />approval until Holiday Stationstores has addressed traffic and drainage <br />concerns, <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Commission Action: <br /> <br />Will be based on your discussion. <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend approval of the site plan for Holiday Stationstores, Inc. <br /> <br />-and- <br /> <br />Motion to: <br />Recommend that the City enter <br />Holiday Stationstores, Inc. <br /> <br />into a development agreement with <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />Administrator <br />Attorney <br />Engineer <br />Aating Zoning Administrator <br /> <br />Chief of Police <br />Finance Officer <br />Public Works Superintendent <br />Other <br /> <br /> <br />
