CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br /> HOLIDAY COMPANIES <br /> RAMSEY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />On ., site plan approval was granted by the city of Ramsey <br />to ~oliday Companies to construct 4,050 square foot service stations <br />on the property at Highway 10 N.W., which property is legally <br />described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the intersection of the West line thereof with the <br /> Southerly line of the right-of-way of the Burlington Northern <br /> Railroad Company (formerly Great Northern Railway); thence south <br /> along said West line thereof to its intersection with the <br /> Northerly line of the right-of-way of U.S. Highway No. 10 <br /> according to Inst. ~541042 files of the Anoka County Recorder; <br /> thence southeasterly along said Northerly line of the highway <br /> right-of-way a distance of 299.65 feet; thence north in a <br /> straight line to a point on said Southerly line of the railroad <br /> right-of-way a distance of 397.57 feet southeasterly of the point <br /> of beginning, as measured along said railroad right-of-way; <br /> thence northwesterly along said railroad right-of-way a distance <br /> of 297.57 feet to said Point of Beginning. EXCEPTING therefrom <br /> Parcel 1 of ANOKA COUNTY HIGHWAY RIGHT-OF-WAY PLAT NO. 16, <br /> according to the plat thereof on file and of record in said <br /> office of the Anoka County Recorder. <br /> This approval is issued pursuant to Section 170.017L of the Ramsey <br /> city Code. The conditions of this approval are as follows: <br /> <br /> !. The structure shall be constructed as shown on certified <br /> plans submitted to and approved by the Building official. No <br /> construction shall commence prior to the issuance of a <br /> building permit by the Building official. <br /> <br /> 2. The structure shall be treated with appropriate materials as <br /> specified in Section 170.017L of the Ramsey city Code and as <br /> submitted with the site plan application. <br /> <br /> 3. All disturbed areas shall be restored with sod or seed. <br /> 4. The Holiday Station shall comply with the requirements of the <br /> State Fire Code, MPCA regulations and all other applicable <br /> state, county and local codes or regulations. <br /> <br /> 5. site grading, drainage and landscaping shall be subject to <br /> the approval of the city Engineer. Final plans, as required <br /> by Section 170.017L of the city code, shall be submitted to <br /> the city Engineer and shall be approved prior to commencing <br /> work. <br /> <br /> <br />
