CASE <br /> <br /> Continued Public Hearing <br />REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO CUL-DE-SAC LENGTH FOR THE PROPOSED <br />SUBDIVISION OF WILD OAKS OF RAMSEY; <br /> CASE OF RON TALLMAN <br /> By: Breanne Dairies, Associate Planner <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Ron Tallman bas applied for preliminary plat to create 12 new lots in a cluster subdivision. The <br />applicant has requested a variance to cul-de-sac length of 600 feet in order to extend Nutria <br />Street as part of this development. <br /> <br />This request was tabled until the March Board of Adjustment meeting so that it would coincide <br />with the preliminary plat application. The additional requested information for the plat has not . <br />been submitted at this time, and the plat is being recommending for continuation until the April <br />Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />The public hearing was continued and remains open from the February 3, 2006 Board of <br />Adjustment Meeting. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />It is noted that staff is recommending tabling the variance, in conjunction with the tabling of the <br />preliminary plat, and continuing the public hearing until the April 6, 2006 Board of Adjustment <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Board Action: <br /> <br />Motion by and seconded by to table action on the variance request <br />and continue the public hearing until the regular meeting on April 6, 2006. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />Assistant Community Development Director/HRA Director <br /> <br />BOA: 3/2/06 <br /> <br />11 <br /> <br /> <br />
