Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION #06-02-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING 6TM PARTIAL pAYi~IE1NT TO ADOLFSON & PETERSON <br />FOR #02-34P RAzMSEY MUNICIPAL PARKING FACILITY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the design of this project was authorized by the City Council at their July <br />27, 2004 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held and the project was authorized by the City <br />Council at their February 22, 2005 regular City Council meeting; and <br /> <br /> ~,VI-IEREAS, the final site plan for improvement project #02-34 have been prepared by <br />LSA Design and approved by the City Council at their May 10, 2005 regular City Council <br />meeting; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the authorization to advertisement for bids for this project was approved on <br />May 24, 2005; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on August 10, 2004, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolt~tion #04-11- <br /> 335 authorizing plans and specifications for the above referenced work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, On July 12, 2005, the Rarnsey City Council awarded the contract for IP #02- <br /> 34 to Adolfson & Peterson; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $$15,616.09. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $546,393.45. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $423,203.90. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $1,086,518.92. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson in the amount of $774,080.93. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Principal Engineer, Brian Olson has inspected the completed work and <br /> recommends partial payment to Adolfson & Peterson m the amount of $770,007.06. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-02-X.X~X <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> -107- <br /> <br /> <br />
