February 21, 2006 <br />The Meadow Final Plat <br />Page 3 of 4 <br /> <br />Sheet 15 <br /> · Move sidewalk to north side of 152na Avenue. <br /> <br />Grading Plans <br />Sheet G2 <br /> · Minimum floor elevation for lots 1-6, Block 2, Lots 6-9, Block 1 must be clearly <br /> communicated to the builders and their surveyors. <br /> · Provide emergency overflow between lots 13 & 14, B 1 of 887.0. <br /> · The max/mum grade on the driveway fi:om the existing fire station shall be 7.0%. <br /> Additional grading may be required to meet ti:ds requirement. <br /> · Access to the e:dsting City Hall, Police Station and Fire Station must be <br /> maintained at all times during construction. Provision must be made for <br /> relocating the Police R~dar Calibmlion posts. Coordinate this work with the City. <br /> · The county will be constructing a communications tower in the northeast comer <br /> of the site.
