CASE <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINgaNCE FOR STREET CHANGE IN <br />ESTATES OF SILVER OAKS; <br /> CASE OF CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> By: Asst. Comm. Dev. Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />After the plat of Estates of Silver Oaks (formerly Marigold Ponds) was recorded, Staff <br />noticed that the are some inconsistencies with the street names in the immediate area of <br />the plat that do not conform with the Anoka County street name system. <br /> <br />Specifically, 162nd Avenue NW within Estates of Silver Oaks subdivision should be <br />changed to 162na Lane NW. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />Site location map <br />Proposed ordinance <br /> <br />Property owners in the immediate area were notified. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />On February 14, 2006, the City Council introduced the ordinance for the street name <br />change. In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption. <br />there will be no impact to property owners. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />City Staff recommends adoption of the proposed ordinance. <br /> <br />Action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember <br /> <br />and seconded by Councilmember <br /> <br />__ to adopt Ordinance 06- to change the street name of 162"d Avenue NW within <br />Estates of Silver Oaks to 162~ Lane NW. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br /> <br />City Engineer <br />Com.
