170.074 <br /> <br />170.074.1 <br /> <br />170.074.2 <br /> <br />170.074.3 <br /> <br />170.05 i. <br />170.075.1 <br /> <br />170.075.11 <br /> <br />170.075.12 <br /> <br />DISTRICT APPLICATION <br /> <br />The Scenic River Land Use District of the Rum River, within <br />the City of Ramsey, is hereby divided into two areas, ~u <br />accordance with the Rum River Management Plan (6 MCAR ~ 1.2700 - <br />1.2720): The portion of the Scenic River Land Use District <br />located within the 1990 Urban Area as defined and located in <br />Chapter 170.01 of the City Code shall be classified as an <br />Urban Area; and the remainder of the Scenic River Land Use <br />District within the City of R~msey shall be classified as a <br />Rural Area. <br /> <br />The Scenic River Land Use District shall be shown on the <br />Official Zoning }~ap, as shah the urban and rural area portions <br />of the District contained therein. <br /> <br />The provisions of ~innesota Regulations NR 78-84 shall apply <br />within the Scenic River Land Use District, as specified in <br />the Rum River Management Plan. Where the provisions of this <br />ordinance or any other ordinance of the City of R~ey are in <br />conflict with the Management Plan for the Rum River, the pro- <br />visions of the Rum River Management Plan shall apply. Copies <br />of Minnesota Regulations NR 78-84 and the Management Plan for <br />the Rum River shall be kept on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk/Administrator. <br />USES° <br /> <br />Urban Area. The Urban Area of the Scenic River Land Use Dis- <br />trict is hereby designated the Urban Area Overlay District. <br /> <br /> Permitted Uses are all permitted uses allowed and regu- <br /> lated by the applicable zoning district underlying the <br /> Urban Area Overlay District, as indicated on the Official <br /> Zoning Map of R=m~ey, Minnesota, except that public roads, <br /> utility crossings, and all private and con~nercial recreation <br /> uses shall be Conditional Uses. <br /> <br /> Conditional Uses are all Conditional~Uses and applicable <br /> attached conditions allowed and regulated by the applic~ <br /> able zoning district underlying the Urban Area Overlay <br /> Dfstrict~ as indicated on the Official Zoning Nap of <br /> R=m=ey, ~_unesota. <br /> <br /> <br />
