All utility transmission cross- <br />ings of land'within the Scenic River Land Use District <br />designated by this ordinance.shall require a conditional use <br />pe~-mlt. The construction of such transmission services sh,ll <br />be subject to the standards and criteria of Minnesota Re. gu7 <br />lations NR 79(i) (2). No conditional use permit shall be <br />required for high voltage transmission lines under control <br />of the Environmental Quality Council purs,,=nt to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Section 116 C 61. <br /> <br />Public Roads. In addition to such permits as may be required <br />by ~dnnesota Statutes Section 105.42, a conditional use per- <br />mit shall be required for any construction or reconstruction <br />of new public roads within the Scenic River Land Use District <br />of this Ordinance.
