Council further reviewed proposed names for said plaque list: <br /> <br /> Mayor Arnold Cox <br /> Councilmember Gary Gorham <br /> Councilmember David Mickelson <br /> Councilmember Robert Muller <br /> Counctlmember Gary Reimann <br /> City Administrator Philip Nereson <br /> Congressman James Oberstar <br /> Architect Setter Leach & Lindstrom <br /> General Contractor Adolphson and Peterson <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec recommended that the City get the bronze cornerstone plaque. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />purchase the bronze cornerstone plaque for the Ramsey Municipal Center. Fur- <br />ther to approve of the above names of the public officials, architect, and <br />General Contractor who were involved in the seeing that the present Ramsey <br />Municipal Center became a reality. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #23: ADOPTION OF RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH POLICY FOR ATTENDING SEMINARS, <br /> <br /> ETC.: <br /> <br />Council directed that the proposed resolution for establishing policy on <br />elected officials and City employees attending seminars, etc. be tabled <br />until the next Council meeting. <br /> <br />CASE #24: FORMAL POLICY FOR BILLING CITIZENS FOR FIRE CALLS: <br /> <br />Council reviewed the proposed resolution for establishing formal policy for <br />billing citizens for fire calls. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember R~imann and seconded by Counctlmember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #81-92 Establishing A Formal Policy for Billing Citizens <br />for Fire Calls. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />CASE #25: ADOPTING RESOLUTIONS TO SET PUBLIC HEARING DATE TO ASSESS COUNTRY <br /> <br />SIDE ESTATES PROJECT #80-15; 153RD, 154TH, XENON AND ZIRCONIUM <br />PROJEGT #80-16; TUNGSTEN STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #80-17: <br /> <br />Council reviewed the request for the adoption of the above resolutions and <br />took the following action: <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Counc~Imember Van Wagner to <br />adopt Resolution #81-93 Resolution Declaring Cost to be ASsessed and Order- <br />ing Preparation of Proposed Assessment for Country Side Estates Project #80-15. <br /> <br />C/July 28, 1981 <br />Page 15 <br /> <br /> <br />
