Mayor Gamec asked Heritage's representative if they would mind posting a <br />bond to make sure the house is completed. Heritage Builders replied they <br />could post a bond. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Van Wagner and seconded by Councilmember Reimann to <br />set a public hearing for August 25, 1981 on Heritage Builders request to <br />move a house into Ramsey and further that they designate the parcel of land <br />where they plan to locate the moved in house. Secondly that a findings of <br />fact be prepared and submitted. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, <br />Reimann and Cox. Voting no None. <br /> <br />blotion by Councilmember Reimann and seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner to <br />adjourn the Council meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
