Road 57 and S.T.H. No. 10 <br /> <br />Dear Lloyd: <br /> <br />Enclosed please find four copies of the above referenced agreements and resolutions. <br />The resolutions should be passed by the council at the next meeting and the agree- <br />ments should be signed. <br /> <br />In review of the agreement the city will be required to pay an estimated cost of <br />$3,249.11 for construction plus six percent or $194.95 for inspection. The actual <br />amount will not be determined until the bid opening on September 25, 1981. The <br />city will also be required to relamp and paint the signal lights on an ongoing <br />basis. <br /> <br />In discussing the project with Mr. Dennis Eyler of the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation, he indicated that the city's share on this project would be due <br />sometime in October, 1981.
