NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO ~¥HOI~ IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City of Ramsey's Board of <br />Adjustment will hold a public hearing on July 8, 1980 at 7:45 P.M. at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303. <br /> <br /> The purpose of the hearing is to consider a variance request <br />to place self service gas pumps within the setback requirements on a main <br />thoroughfare than permitted by City Ordinance 170.O14L. <br /> <br /> The property is legally described as Lot 3 Block 7 Klendsh <br />Addition and is generally known as 6013 - 167th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br /> All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and <br />comment on the variance request. <br /> <br /> Written comments are welcome and shall be addressed to the <br />B~m~ey Board of Adjustment, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota <br />55303.
