IC is aleo ~oo expensive. ~:I~ dues hoe <br />seem reasonable thaE ~he road be considered a public road <br />while only residents on Bowers Drive are asked Co pay the <br />enCire cosE of such a proJec=. <br /> i <br />Resurfacing will -l-o increase the safety hazard ~o the <br />r~.y small children who regularly Nal~ play on the road. <br />Speeds and the posted speed limi= are already too high for <br />the road. We are convinced thaE a Car surface will further <br />serve ~o ~ raise the driving speed.
