CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br /> <br /> Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ramsey will <br />meet in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota at 8:00 P.M. on June 30, 1981, to consider the <br />making of tarvia street improvements and a proposed bituminous overlay <br />on the following streets in the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> The streets are located in the Southwest Quarter of Section <br />24, Township 32, North, Range 25, West, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota and said streets are specifically named as follows: <br /> <br />a) 152nd Avenue N.W. betwee~ the line of St. Francis <br />Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to its end <br /> <br />b) 151st Avenue N.W. between the line of St. Francis <br />Blvd. (Highway #47) on the east to Fluorine Street N.W <br /> <br />c) Fluorine Street N.W. between the line of 152nd <br />AvenueN.W. and 151st Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) State Highway No. 47 Service Road lying west of <br />State Highway No. 47 between the line of 152nd Avenue <br />N.W. and approximately 165 feet south of 151st Avenue <br />N.W. <br /> <br /> The area proposed to be assessed is the property abutting <br />on the described streets. <br /> <br /> The estimated cost of such improvement is $47,650. <br /> Such persons as desire to be heard with reference to the pro- <br />posed improvement will be heard at this meeting. <br /> <br />DATED: June lO, 1981 <br /> <br />Lloyd G.
